Art Mindfulness for the Soul has been designed and created taking the art of mindfulness and the process of creating art together, in an environment that is both calm, encouraging and fun by bringing like-minded people together.

Mindful Workshops

There is no judgement in our workshops, just the love of Art, Mindfulness and definitely some laughter!

Art classes are a great way to enjoy art, with little or no skill, and enjoy the process.

Creative Classes

To create art is to jolt our minds into a mindfulness meditative state, naturally.  When you are in the process of creating an art piece you are focused on the moment.

Art Mindfulness is a form of expressive self-therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The goal is to improve a person’s sense of his or her personal well-being.

Here at Art Mindfulness for the Soul we aim to bring some fun, laughter and love to your day. During these weekly Rockingham workshops we will go through different activities which will be laid out at the time of booking along with full address details.

Messy Playtime

Research shows that messy play has wonderful developmental benefits for our kiddies, strengthening creative development, personal, social and emotional development.

This is suitable for ages 9 months plus and we do encourage parents to join in on the fun and get involved with the kids.

Our toddler art workshops are in Rockingham most weeks.

Art Mindfulness

I have now been using Art Mindfulness in my life for over twenty years, using all sorts of mediums and techniques and want to share this with others. Together we will learn and create all sorts of different things as a community and remember, NO SKILLS or ARTISTIC TALENTS REQUIRED!!!!

There is no judgement in our workshops, just the love of Art, Mindfulness and definitely some laughter!
